Diners have the option of choosing between the three sampling menus. Chawanmushi was included on all menus, was the main attraction of the evening.
The delicious eggs custard, served with Shiromi was my favourite course that evening. The menu was consistently fresh and carefully prepared meals throughout the evening.
The sushi menu was another memorable one, featuring 13 pieces of Nigiri.

The thing I liked the more about Origami was its vast choice of shellfish sushi and nigiri. Origami is a fantastic location to taste uni, also known as sea urchin that is not often found in most menus.

Wakame Sushi and Asian Bistro is situated in the western part of Minneapolis close to it’s Chain of Lakes. Despite being far from city’s centre it has earned the an impression as a fashionable hotspot that people from all over the world flock to.
The interior is vibrant and dark, with plenty of dim lighting. This sushi stand out because of its beauty. Every dish here was just as stunning as it was tasty.
One of their special rolls The White Tiger Roll, was my top choice due to the combination of soft avocado and fresh tuna and eel sauce.
